From prototype to production — a complete in-house workshop spanning crimping, soldering, overmolding, braiding, and 100% electrical testing.
Precision crimping is the backbone of every wire harness we build. From micro-signal contacts at 32 AWG to heavy power lugs at 4/0 AWG, every crimp is pull-force verified and cross-sectioned for quality assurance.
Our soldering technicians are certified to IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 — the most demanding standard for electronic assemblies. We handle everything from large-gauge power connections to micro-soldering under stereo microscopes for 0.5mm pitch connectors.
All soldering stations feature ESD-safe workbenches with digital temperature-controlled irons. We use both lead-free (SAC305) and leaded (Sn63/Pb37) alloys per customer requirements.
In-house injection molding for cable strain reliefs, connector bodies, and grommets. We stock PVC, TPU, and medical-grade silicone compounds. Custom mold design and fabrication in as little as 48 hours for prototypes.
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding is critical for signal integrity in modern electronics. Our braiding department handles tinned copper, bare copper, stainless steel, and aramid (Kevlar) fiber braiding across all cable diameters.
We offer multiple shield coverage levels — from 65% single-braid for cost-sensitive applications to 95%+ double-braid with foil for high-reliability medical and aerospace assemblies.
Every single cable assembly passes through our automated test stations before shipment. Zero exceptions.
Automated point-to-point wire mapping on Cirris and CableEye testers. Every conductor, every pin verified against the netlist. Open, short, and miswire detection in under 5 seconds per assembly.
High-potential testing up to 5,000V DC and 2,500V AC. Insulation resistance measurement to 10 GΩ. Performed on 100% of assemblies rated for >50V operation.
Motorized pull testers verify crimp mechanical integrity per UL 486A/B and IPC/WHMA-A-620. Sample-based destructive testing with SPC trending.
Flex-life and bend-radius testing for robotic and dynamic applications. 50,000+ cycle validation with continuous electrical monitoring.
Non-destructive internal inspection of overmolded connectors, solder joints, and crimp barrels. Detects voids, cold solder joints, and insufficient crimp penetration.
Acceptance Quality Level 1.0 (normal) visual inspection per MIL-STD-1916. Pin protrusion, connector orientation, label placement, and packaging verified.
Thermal cycling, humidity exposure, salt spray (ASTM B117), and UV resistance testing per customer requirements. In-house environmental chamber with programmable profiles.
Vector network analyzer testing for all RF coaxial assemblies. VSWR, insertion loss, and return loss characterized to 6 GHz with full test report per assembly.
Our 2,000 m² workshop in Shenzhen's Bao'an district is outfitted with industry-leading equipment for every stage of cable assembly production.
