Our minimum order quantity varies by cable type. Simple assemblies start at 50 units. Overmolded cables with custom tooling typically start at 200–500 units. We also offer prototype runs of 10–50 units for design validation.
Standard samples ship within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Expedited 3-day service is available for most cable types with an engineering surcharge.
Wire gauge (AWG), cable length, connector type(s) at each end, conductor count, any shielding requirements, and estimated order quantity. A drawing or photo of an existing assembly dramatically speeds up the process.
Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance. UL recognized component certificates, RoHS/REACH declarations, and CE Declarations of Conformity are provided as applicable to your assembly type.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. For established accounts, we offer Net 30 terms after a successful trial order. We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C, and Western Union.
